This subdivision has a little over 800 lots ranging in size from 11,367 square feet to 22,839 square feet. There are county water lines and electrical service available here to each lot. There is even cable TV in this subdivision. The paved roadways are maintained by the county. The subdivision is built around a Robert Trent Jones designed golf course. Many of the lots here have beautiful ocean and mountain views. Remotely located between Kailua-Kona and Hilo with about an 1 1/2 hour drive to either allows for commuting to either area for work. The closest town would be Waiohinu and Na'alehu for conveniences (stores, restaurants, hardware, gas and post office) about ten minutes away.

From the golf course you can see the ocean. Not all lots are adjacent to the
golf course.
There is a Community Center and active community association for the
subdivision.
The mauka view is of the lovely hills above Waiohinu. These hills tend to
protect the area from lava flows and thus the Lava Zone 6 designation.
