Garden Estates - this is another small gated community with
around 154 lots, each about 3 acres in size. There are around 6
homes currently built in this subdivision. The terrain, elevation and
views are similar to H.O.V.R.
The road maintenance fees are approximately $70 per year, subject to change.

| You can see from the photos that the terrain has only sparse vegetation. Some people actually want this type of land with nearly zero maintenance. It is common practice to plant in small pockets dug into loose lava. Soil and mulch are added to the pockets. Watering then becomes targeted, saving on this precious resource. It is also good practice to use arid climate plants in this location. |
