Green Sand Subdivision

Green Sand Subdivision / Kiolakaa Homesite - these subdivisions sit side by side off Ka'alu'alu Road (county roadway) in Waiohinu near the 65 mile marker near Waiohinu Park.  Lot sizes are around 12,000 to 15,000 square feet.  Views of the ocean and Waiohinu Hills on some of the lots here. 

There are some lots with ocean views and many lots have nice views of the hills above Waiohinu. 

As with Mark Twain Estates, municipal water may be available, but many residents use catchment systems due to costs associated with hooking up to county water. It is a short drive to a public country water dispensing satation.

The roadways are graded but unpaved.  The CC&Rs are minimal.  This is Lava zone 6.
