Kona Paradise Subdivision is in the South Kona District. It runs from Highway 11 down to the ocean where it ends at what is called Pebble Beach. The subdivision has become quite popular and prices have gone up dramatically in recent months. The lots are generally quite small and steep, but the ocean views are tremendous.
County water is not available and catchment systems must be used. Electrical power, phone, and even cable TV are however available.
